Then there’s the time spent on administration and inventory, plus the care and maintenance necessary for a well-tuned drill string.

Training – on- and off-line


In addition, the industry’s most knowledgeable sales force operates within a service network that extends into every mining and construction market in the world. Our staff is highly trained and competent – whether they’re developing bits, monitoring on-site drilling, running failure analysis, or calculating product performance. They can also optimize hands-on training for operators and maintenance engineers, and organise regular service with our local people on the site.

PC-based training tools complement much of this hands-on work. Interactive lessons featuring 3D animations, photographs, film sequences, etc., give users a valuable insight into how our tools can improve their drilling practices and boost productivity.
