General info about Secoroc and CMT Atlas Copco Secoroc is a part of Atlas Copco group and belongs to the business area Construction and Mining Technique (CMT). We are about 1400 employees, of which 600 are located in Sweden, with main operations in Fagersta – about 180 kilometres from Stockholm. Atlas Copco Secoroc designs, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools over the whole world. More than 95 % of the produced volume is consumed by the mining and construction industry outside of Sweden. We work with the latest technology in R&D and manufacturing, like in marketing and distribution of our products. In addition to our products, service and maintenance of the rock drilling tools are important functions in achieving maximum performance and low running costs. Therefore, our close co-operation with customers includes training for operators and maintenance staff. Service and training can even be performed on a daily basis together with our local sales teams and technical service personnel.
